  • served as chief spokesperson for ism canada’s bargaining in both the saskatchewan and british columbia operations
  • responsible for all labour relations matters (collective bargaining, grievance handling, joint union/management consultations, arbitrations) in both bc and sk operations
  • led the successful hr engagement and transition of employees from farm credit canada (fcc); information services corporation (isc) and federated co-operatives Limited (fcl) into ism canada
  • led and managed all human resources and labour relations components of outsourcing activities for ism canada (for customers with employees covered by a collective agreement; consulted to ibm canada hr commercial engagements for similar ibm customers)
  • provided executive leadership for the hr engagement and transition activities in 2004, during which 175 employees transitioned from the province of british columbia to ism canada
